Edge Science Fiction & Fantasy released a series of instructional books designed to help aspiring authors write speculative fiction. I was commissioned to create a robot character specific to each volume.

This robot was used on the cover of The Complete Guide to Writing Science Fiction: Volume 1 First Contact, which offers advice on writing science fiction, and how to avoid common mistakes.

This image was also used on the back cover of Edge's 2007 catalogue.
